Terms & Conditions
- All sales are shipped FOB from our warehouse. All shipments will go via cost effective courier without declared value, unless otherwise specified.
- For all third party shipments, it is the responsibility of the invoiced customer to verify the quantity, quality and accuracy of the goods delivered, prior to any decorating.
Terms - All first time orders will be shipped COD (Cash On Delivery)
- Terms are net 30 days after approved credit
- Other means of payment include VISA, MASTERCARD, CERTIFIED CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER, CASH OR via PAYPAL
- Oversize XXL to XXXXL are available at a nominal 10% upcharge to each larger size.
- Penalties will be applied to all accounts past due 30 days at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance.
- We will withhold all shipments without notification on past due accounts.
- NSF cheques will incur a $25 handling charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. Care and Shrinkage Guides
For best results, follow the label care instructions. Actual shrinkage will depend upon care. For minimum shrinkage, initially wash in cold water and hang to dry.
Fabric ColoursDue to slight variances in fabric dye lots and the limitations of printed photographic images, minor differences may exist form the colours shown in this catalogue and the actual fabric colour.
Returns - No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#)
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and no returns will be accepted after 10 days of shipment.
- Claims for shortage, damage, or any other discrepancy must be made within 5 days of invoice date and will be shipped back to our warehouse at our expense.
- All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Decorated garments will not be accepted for any reason. Sample Orders (Loan Program Available)

Samples are available at a 20% discount off our net first column price. To ensure samples are readily available for your sales representatives and clients, we also offer our customers the sample kit at 40% off first column pricing. To qualify, your sample kit must include a minimum of 10 different styles of your choice. Please clearly identify on your purchase order “sample kit”. Sample kits limited to 1 piece per style and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom Options
- Our custom program offers a wide selection of styles, fabrics and colours. Please call for specific style options, pricing and delivery times. Private labeling is available on minimum quantities of 76 pieces, at a nominal cost.
- Distinctive custom garments are available, with minimum quantities as low as 56 units and quick turn around time of 3 to 4 weeks. The cost of additional units on custom orders are the responsibility of the customer.
